Specialist developer of luxurious homes for the over 55s, Blue Cedar Homes, has confirmed the levels of interest in its newly launched, small collection of new homes in central Wedmore are significantly higher than the homebuilder anticipated.
The 1.8-acre development, named Holden Gardens, comprises a mix of 10 detached, 2- and 3-bedroom generously proportioned homes which are located around a landscaped communal garden and summerhouse.

Construction underway at luxury development for the over 55s in Exmouth
Construction has officially started on a new over 55s development of luxury new homes in Exmouth, by award-winning housebuilder Blue Cedar Homes.
The new development, Orcombe Gardens, will feature a mix of 23 freehold, 2- and 3-bedroom homes each with their own garage, private parking space and private rear gardens. The collection of new homes will also offer a signature summerhouse and landscaped garden for residents to enjoy.
