Spending many months in lockdown allowed many of us the opportunity to reflect on where we live, what’s important to us and what’s lacking in our current home situation. For some this will have triggered a desire to move home, maybe to be closer to loved ones, or to be part of a stronger local community, or to fulfil that long-held aspiration of a home by the sea or perhaps from a purely practical standpoint to find a low maintenance home to make life that bit easier.
